Full week bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
Once you have chosen a date, contact us by email, phone or mail to reserve the booking and confirm the price.
We will send you a booking form and hold the reservation for 7 days, we require a deposit to confirm the booking. Unfortunately we cannot take card payments over the phone, but we can take card payments through paypal. Please click here to view the prices.
On receipt of your deposit, we will send you written conformation of the booking, and we ask you clear any outstanding balance 28 days before the date of your holiday.

We would advise that you confirm the availability of the dates you require before paying a deposit.

Options 2 to 7 are up front full totals that include the following:
- Booking deposit
- Cleaning and linen
- Refundable £100 damage deposit

Cancellations
If you choose not to confirm your booking, we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can make the dates available for booking again.
If you choose to cancel within 14 days of sending your deposit, please contact us as soon as possible and your deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel out with this period, the deposit is non-returnable.
Last Minute Bookings
Occasionally we do get cancellations, or weeks that have not been booked well in advance. In this instance, you will find a reduce rate for the week; and we require the full amount to be paid on confirmation of the booking. Should you subsequently cancel, no refund will be possible.
